Payments & Billing
Payments must be made in full upon completion of services.
We accept cash, card, and digital payments.
Invoices will include all parts and labor charges with applicable taxes.
Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate vehicle and personal details at the time of service booking.
Collect vehicles within the agreed timeframe after service completion.
Ensure timely reporting of concerns for warranty or service follow-ups.
Liability
While we ensure the highest standards of service, VI ENTERPRISES will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of use, or delay caused by unforeseen circumstances.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in our operating city.
